Orders will be delivered within 7-14 Working Days. For customised or bulk orders, shipping time will be discussed with customer.
International Orders
For International Orders, Shipping cost will be charged as calculated in the website. Any changes to the cost will be duly informed to customer.
However, these are subject to change depending on customer delivery requirements.
Orders will be delivered within 7-20 business days, depending on order volume or customisation. Orders placed over the weekend or Public Holidays are dispatched on nearest Business day.
Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the courier/Postal system for a period of 15 business days for Indian orders and 30 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or Force Majeure. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer.

Multiple Shipments
To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our vendors across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple locations. You will receive notification via email/Whatsapp when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/Whatsapp message. Most of our orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after the order has been placed.
